Rosevears Tasmania Case Study

Designed by Architects Misho + Associates for the client Mr Rye Dunsmuir and installed by local builder Luke Dineen.

The Qikfit Floor was manufactured in Bayswater and transported to the site on the Tamar River near Launceston.

The 14m x 6m Studio with a central ‘wet area’ step down was supported on 18 stumps with a maximum 3.0m x 3.0m grid layout. The galvanised stumps were supplied by Toowoomba company Levelmaster.

All installation details including stump type and location, instructions for the Crane driver on where to place the labelled packs on site, full bearer / panel installation along with installation sequence were supplied to make the install process as simple as possible.
